On 28 and 32ct, you will need a wide quarter. On 36ct, you can fit this on a wide eighth but will only have a 2.5 inch border on the short side of the fabric. On 40ct, a wide eighth is plenty.

Test a small sample if you intend to wash, esp darker colours. It has been rinsed and set carefully and should be colourfast - but always better safe than sorry.
