Every other month (6 times per year) you will receive:
- Your choice of a large flat project bag(approx. 13.5x13.5") or a medium wedgetote project bag (approx. 10x12.5")
- A small flat project bag (approx. 10x12")
- A coordinating notions pouch (approx. 5x7")
- A surprise extra
A preview of the bag set for each quarter will be shown on YouTube and uploaded to this listing ahead of each quarter's billing date.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT OUR CLUBS
As some of you have already heard, there are some changes being made to our subscriptions due to the many changes we have had to navigate to set ourselves up to continue selling our products to US-based customers. This message is information heavy, so please read carefully.
Timeline of Upcoming Changes:
September 4, 2025 - All current active club subscriptions are being cancelled
September 15, 2025 - All reworked club subscriptions go live for purchase at 5pm EST
September 30, 2025 - Deadline to sign up to be included in the first month of the reworked club subscriptions
October 1-15, 2025 - First shipments of the reworked clubs will be shipped out
December 1, 2025 - Second billing of new clubs.
December 1-15, 2025 - Second shipments of reworked clubs will be shipped out.
FAQs:
Why are you cancelling everyone’s subscriptions and not just those in the USA?
- The third party subscription app that we use for running and hosting our subscriptions does not have the necessary features to allow us to edit/update subscription models for just US-based customers.
- There is no way for us to add tariff fees to existing subscription contracts
- This also allows us to better streamline how subscriptions are billed, combined, and packed for everyone (for example, being able to fully integrate bundled shipping costs for those with more than one subscription)
When the new subscriptions go live, what do I need to do?
- If you wish to continue to be a part of the clubs in their new versions, you will need to sign up for a new subscription on our website.
What are the reworked subscriptions?
- Both fabric club offerings will be the exact same as they are currently. Billed every other month, a choice of Traditional, Modern, or both and your choice of fabric count.
- The ABCs club will continue where we left off. However, the number of skeins you receive each month and the billing frequency is changing. The new format will be for 24 skeins of floss mailed to you every other month. This allows for savings in shipping costs for everyone. This also streamlines some of the club management on our end in terms of packing, shipping, and combining orders.
- The bag club will be shifting from a quarterly subscription to an every other month subscription to match the billing intervals of the other clubs.
- The OOAK floss club will be offered as part of Evertote’s new Patreon page. What our latest video for more details on this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YAjCQwuGWOA Any leftover stock from the OOAK club through Patreon will be sold on our website a few months after they are sent to Patreon subscribers.
I don’t want to join your Patreon, does that mean I can’t sign up for your subscriptions?
- Only the OOAK club is part of our Patreon model. All other clubs are as normal through our website.
Are you increasing the prices of subscriptions for non-US customers?
- The only subscription that will have a price change is the ABC club to reflect the shift from 12 skeins to 24 skeins of floss.
- The duty/tariff rates apply to US customers only and will not affect club shipment pricing for anyone else.
I am one of the people whose ABC clubs were skipped last month due to a system error - what do I do?
- If you would like to receive last month’s ABC club - please send me an e-mail and I will create a custom order invoice for you for the skipped ABC club. Evertote will cover the tariff fees for these “catch up” shipments.
- If you do not want to get caught up on this, no action is required.
I have newly signed up for one of your clubs and have not received anything yet - what will happen with my order?
- If you have signed up for an ABC or OOAK club, you can either be sent last month’s pack of floss or we can cancel and refund your order. Please send an e-mail to hannah@evertote.ca and let me know what you would like to do. If I do not hear back by September 15th at 5pm, I will cancel and refund your order.
- If you have signed up for either of the Fabric clubs, you can either be sent the July 2025 fabrics or we can cancel and refund your order. Please send an e-mail to hannah@evertote.ca and let me know what you would like to do. If I do not hear back by September 15th at 5pm, I will cancel and refund your order.
- If you have signed up for a bag club, you can either be sent the July 2025 bag set in a large flat (unfortunately we are out of the wedge totes) or we can cancel and refund your order. Please send an e-mail to hannah@evertote.ca and let me know what you would like to do. If I do not hear back by September 15th at 5pm, I will cancel and refund your order.

Bag Club Terms and Conditions
Billing and Shipping
- You will be automatically billed every other month on the 1st of the month that comes before the shipping date using the payment method you select at check out. Your first subscription will be billed immediately, then subsequent subscriptions will follow the above billing cycle.
- Subscriptions purchased after the 1st of the billing month will be held until the next billing period. For example: If you purchase your subscription on October 2nd, you will not receive your bag club until early December. If you purchase your subscription on December 2nd, you will not receive your bag club until early February. Etc.
- Prices advertised do not include the price of shipping. Shipping charges as well as applicable sales tax/VAT/duties/tariffs will be calculated at checkout and will be applied to each billing. If you have multiple clubs, we will do our best to combine shipping. However, depending on processing times, the combination of clubs with regular orders may not be possible.
- Your chosen bags will be shipped during the first two weeks of each billing month. You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail. All shipments for this subscription will include tracking. See the subscription schedule for more details.
Subscription Schedule
- Months you will receive your project bag subscription each year: October, December, February, April, June, August
- Example schedule of a new subscription:
- You sign up for your subscription on or before October 1. You are billed immediately for your initial subscription.
- Your subscription products are packed and shipped to you between October 1 and October 15.
- You are next billed on December 1.
- Your subscription products are packed and shipped to you between December 1 and December 15.
- Another example schedule:
- You sign up for your subscription on or after October 2. You are billed immediately for your initial subscription.
- Because you signed up after the cut off date, your subscription products will be shipped to you between December 1 and December 15.
- You are next billed on February 1.
- Your subscription products are packed and shipped to you between February 1 and February 15.
Cancellation Policy
- You are able to cancel your subscription any time through the subscription portal or by contacting Hannah at hannah@evertote.ca. Cancellations must be made at least 1 day before the next billing cycle. You are billed on the 1st of the month, so check your calendar accordingly. Clubs that have already been billed cannot be canceled or refunded.
