When stitching on 28ct, you will need a wide quarter. When stitching on 32ct, you can fit this on a wide eighth, but you will only have a 2.5 inch border on the short side of the fabric. When stitching on 36, 40 or 46ct, you will need a wide eighth.

Test a small sample if you intend to wash, esp darker colours. It has been rinsed and set carefully and should be colourfast - but always better safe than sorry.
