REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

  • Upon payment of the registration fee, you will be prompted to download a PDF file which includes the link to our registration form
  • The link to our hotel room block at the Delta Hotel will be e-mailed to all registrants as soon as we have it and will also be linked in the registration form.

RETREAT DETAILS

Dates: April 30, 2027 – May 2, 2027
Location: Delta Hotels Toronto Markham

Retreat Fee: $295.54 CAD + HST (13%) = $333.96 CAD ($242 USD)

INCLUDED IN THE RETREAT FEE

  • Access to the Stitching Room during the following hours:
              Friday, April 30, 2027 from 8:00am – 11:00pm
              Saturday, May 1, 2027 from 8:00am – 11:00pm
              Sunday, May 2, 2027 from 8:00am – 12:00pm (noon)
  • Access to lounge area for small group stitching outside of the above hours
  • Meal TBD on Friday, April 30!
  • Coffee/Tea bar all weekend (decaf available).
  • Swag Bag!
  • Access to vendors who are selling during the retreat!
  • Option to participate in the smalls exchange on Saturday, May 1.
  • Chance to win one of many door prizes throughout the weekend!

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RETREAT FEE

  • Transportation to and from the retreat.
  • Transportation to any other nearby destinations.
  • Any food/beverages not specified above.
  • Guest Room Rental:

    We have secured a special room block rate at the Delta Hotels Toronto Markham. The rate for this year is $219 CAD/night (approx. $159 USD/night).

    Note: You must book your hotel room by March 29, 2027 to receive the room block rate. This is not a guarantee of availability - rooms tend to sell quickly, so we recommend booking as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION ON OR BEFORE MARCH 19, 2027:
You are eligible for a refund minus a $50 CAD ($37 USD) cancellation fee up until 11:59 PM (EST) on Friday, March 19, 2027. You are also responsible for cancelling any additional related bookings, such as accommodations and transportation. We do not have access to your hotel booking information.

CANCELLATION ON OR AFTER MARCH 20, 2027:
No refunds. During this period, final preparations are being made for the event and we are unable to offer any refunds on or after the above date. Hard costs are incurred for the retreat and we need to ensure those are covered. Thank you for your understanding. You are also responsible for cancelling any additional related bookings, such as accommodations and transportation. We do not have access to your hotel booking information.


RETREAT WAIVER

At the retreat, there will be an electronic waiver for you to sign. QR Codes to access the waiver will be posted throughout the retreat event space as well as on the sign-in sheet at your table. We ask that you complete the waiver even if you are a returning attendee.
