"This design came about after speaking with a beekeeper about embroidery, and her showing an interest in stitching a design with bees. I was reminded of yet another customer who’d requested something similar a while ago, so I sat down and this is what I came up with! The title was lifted from the first line of a poem by Isaac Watts – now probably more famous for Lewis Carol using it in his spoof “How Doth The Little Crocodile” in Alice in Wonderland!"

Our model was stitched by Leah, who has been working at Evertote since November. She stitched this using Roxy Floss Co "Tournesol" on 16ct Roxy Aida in "Night Owl". 

Chart measures 94 stitches high and 107 stitches wide for a total of 3,564 stitches.
