Roxy Floss Co - Floss Club - The OOAK Club

The New Roxy Floss Co Floss Clubs are here!

In this club you will receive new Roxy Floss Co colours every month. However, each colour will be limited edition or one-of-a-kind. There will only be one option for this club and it will include 7 skeins of floss. This club will contain a mix of traditional and contemporary colours. All colours will be usable – we will not include anything overtly wild and crazy.

Billing, Shipping, and Cancellation: 

• You will be automatically billed monthly on the 15th of the month that comes before the shipping date using the payment method you select at check out. Your first subscription will be billed immediately, then subsequent subscriptions will follow the above billing cycle. 
  
  
• Subscriptions purchased after the 15th of the month will be held until the next billing period. For example: If you purchase your subscription on January 16th, you will not receive your floss until the end of February. If you purchase your subscription on February 16th, you will not receive your floss until the end of March. Etc. 
  
  
• Your chosen floss club(s) will be shipped within two weeks of billing. You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail. If you are in Canada, your club(s) will be shipped via Canada Post lettermail. If you are not in Canada, your club(s) will be shipped using one of our international carrier partners and will include tracking. 
  
  
• Prices advertised do not include the price of shipping. Shipping charges as well as applicable sales tax/VAT will be calculated at checkout and will be applied to each monthly billing. If you have multiple clubs, we will do our best to combine shipping. However, depending on processing times, the combination of clubs with regular orders may not be possible.
  
  
• The length of time for this subscription is flexible. You will be billed every month until you cancel your subscription or this subscription option is discontinued. You will be notified at least 6 months in advance should this club be reworked or replaced with another floss club option.
  
  
• You are able to cancel your subscription any time through the subscription portal or by contacting Hannah at hannah@evertote.ca. Cancellations must be made at least 2 business days before the next billing cycle. You are billed on the 15th of the month, so check your calendar accordingly. Clubs that have already been billed cannot be canceled or refunded.
