About the Chart:

A charming traditional Scottish sampler featuring a house, garden, carnation border and sets of alphabets and initials. This pattern consists of mainly full crosses. The date is stitched over one, and the letters A-G and the border below are stitched as eyelets.

Chart measures 199 stitches high and 145 stitches wide.

If stitching on 28 or 32 count, you will need a wide quarter.
If stitching on 36 count, you can get away with a wide eighth as long as you are okay with a 2.5-inch border on the short side of the fabric.
If stitching on 40 count or higher, you will need a wide eighth.

Overdyed by hand in small batches, this floss is awesome! Please ensure you are ordering the amount needed as duplicating dye lots is a tricky business and the next batch of this colourway may vary slightly.

Test a small sample if you intend to wash, esp darker colours. It has been rinsed and set carefully and should be colourfast - but always better safe than sorry.
